Request a quote through our website, or call our office at 678-570-8674 to book your preferred service.
Step 2 - Assessment
Depending on the circumstances, an in-home assessment may be necessary for finalized pricing. If so, we will schedule the in-home assessment at this time.
Step 3 - Scheduling
We will schedule your preferred or recommended service at a time that's convenient for you.
Step 4 - Follow-up
After your initial cleaning, we will schedule your recurring visits on the same day and time with the same tech—if scheduling weekly or bi-weekly!
Step 5 - You're done!
You come home to a sparkling clean home on your scheduled service day!

What is your service area?
We service all of Coweta & Fayette counties, including Newnan, Grantville, Moreland, Senoia, Brooks, Sharpsburg, Peachtree City, Tyrone & Fayetteville.
How can I get an estimate or book an appointment?
You can request a cleaning quote on our website, or call our office at 678-570-8674 and we will be happy to help you get started!
Do I have to sign a contract?
No! Our good work is what keeps our clients! To initiate service, we will ask you to e-sign our “Client Agreement.” This is in no way a contract, it just helps us provide you with all of the information you need to know about hiring us. It also provides us with details such as how to enter your home, items we should avoid cleaning, pet names, etc.
Should I tip my cleaners?
While not required, we strongly encourage tipping your tech just as you would any other service provider. You can tip them in cash or use our Cash App to tip your cleaners. We recommend 15-20% of the service cost.
Pricing & Policies
What does your 100% guarantee mean?
At Clean by Nature LLC, we guarantee our work. If you are displeased with your cleaning for any reason, please contact the office within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will come back out and make it right!
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds on our services, but we will come back out and clean any missed areas at no extra cost to you!
Do you run specials?
Yes! We run monthly specials for new clients. Follow our Facebook page to be notified about monthly specials.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We process credit and debit cards through Square, and accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept any other forms of payment.
When will I be charged for my cleaning?
Your card will be charged on the day of your cleaning.
How much will it cost to clean my home?
We set prices based on square footage and the condition of the home. The best way to get an a quote is to fill out our quote request form or call our office at 678-570-8674.
My Cleaning Service
Do I need to be home on cleaning day?
No, in fact most homeowners usually aren't at home on cleaning day. We will just need a way to gain access to the home. You can give us a door or garage code or hide a key. We will be sure to lock up when we leave!
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes! You do not have to worry about providing any cleaning products or equipment. The only things we ask you to supply are trash can liners and a toilet brush on each level of the home.
Can I request special tasks or extras?
Of course! We can customize your cleaning to meet your needs. We just need a 48 hour notice to ensure we schedule enough time for the extras.
Will I get the same technician each time?
We will make every possible effort to send the same tech to all weekly and bi-weekly clients. If one of our team members is out for any reason, we will send another team member so that you will receive consistent service. We cannot guarantee the same tech for every 4 week / monthly cleanings, but please rest assured that all of our cleaners are fully trained and vetted cleaning professionals that will use the same house cleaning methods and regiment.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
To cancel any cleaning appointment, please call our office at 678-570-8674. Our cleaners want to work and stay busy, so please try to avoid skipping or cancelling cleanings at the last minute.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. This fee goes directly to your cleaner for their loss of income. If your cleaning is scheduled for a Monday, it will need to be cancelled or rescheduled prior to closing (6pm) on the Thursday before your cleaning.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?
We do everything we can to ensure we hire reliable, trustworthy technicians. We will not hire anyone that has anything on a criminal background check, and we carefully check all personal and professional references. All of our cleaners and insured and bonded.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes! We are fully insured and bonded. We take both your and our techs safety and security very seriously and have all the coverage to ensure you are all protected.
Is my billing information safe and secure?
Once we input your card information, it is fully encrypted by our card processor (Square). We can only see the last 4 digits of your card number.
What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?
If anything goes wrong with your appointment, please call our office at 678-570-8674 and we will address the situation immediately.
