I’m a new client, how do I schedule a cleaning?
First, fill out the questionnaire on our website so that we have all the information we need. We will get in touch with you within 48 hours to provide you with a day and time to meet and perform a complimentary walk-through of your home. From there we will discuss pricing and set up a day to service your home.
Do you have to do a walk-through?
In most all cases, yes. The purpose of the walk-through is to build a relationship with our client, which is very important to us. It also gives us a chance to really get a feel for what you need and want done in your home. If a walk-through is not performed, pricing may not be accurate and cause confusion for both parties. In some rare cases, the walk-through may be bypassed. This will be decided by management.
What happens during a walk-through?
The homeowner will give a tour of the home and point out any specific problem areas. The cleaning professional will observe the home and listen to what needs to be done to provide you with a top-notch cleaning experience. He/she may make recommendations on what other services they believe need to be performed as well. You are never under any obligation to accept these extra services. The walk-through shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes. Pricing and scheduling will be discussed.
Can I trust the cleaners at Clean by Nature?
Absolutely! Our cleaners are put through a rigorous application process. They are fully background checked and trained with the owners until ready to go out on their own.
How can you guarantee satisfaction?
When the cleaners are finishing up a Quality Control Manager will arrive to assess the cleaning. They assess every cleaning for new cleaning technicians for 3 months. After the 3 month period, cleaners are still assessed on their performance randomly and completely unannounced to the technician. This ensures that the technician are covering all areas according to company policy.
How can I pay?
We accept all forms of payment including cash, checks and credit/debit cards via Square. Payment must be left on the service day or completed before.
Are you licensed and bonded?
Yes, we are!
What if there is a problem with my cleaning?
We want to hear about it! Please walk through your home when you arrive and let us know immediately by calling (678) 570-8674. We will come back out to re clean problem areas within 48 hours at no charge if they are disclosed to us within 24 hours after your cleaning is completed.

Why green cleaning?
Our company is a huge advocate for eco-friendly cleaning (also known as green or organic cleaning). We believe this is the best and healthiest way to clean your home! There are studies that show the air inside homes is more polluted than the air outside. There are many reasons for this, some beyond our control. Cleaning is where we do have control and can choose what we use around our families! A lot of commercialized cleaners labeled eco-friendly are not what they say they are. They contain fragrances that can really wreak havoc on family members with allergies or asthma. We will be more than happy to provide you with articles and reading materials if you need more convincing!
What products do you use?
All our products meet EWG standards or are handmade by us so we know exactly what they contain. If you are curious if your cleaning products meet EWG standards, please check out their website at www.ewg.org Our signature all-purpose cleaner is predominately used. It is safe on all surfaces and can be used for windows/mirrors, floors, stainless steel, wood and many other purposes. It will be available for sale as soon as we finish our field trials!
What if I don’t like green cleaning?
We ask that you give us one chance to prove green cleaning products work! They also give you peace of mind and offer a clean unlike any chemical cleaners. If you decide green cleaning isn’t for you, we will be happy to use any products you have available to us. Please just leave them out on cleaning day.
